Covenant Health Network (CHN) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) which was formed in 1997. CHN one of the nation's most preeminent, non-profit, post-acute care alliances.
Mission: CHN will optimize resources provided to its membership, support mission-driven senior serving providers and networks and create partnerships designed to enhance quality and financial efficiencies.
