Covenant was created to provide a seamless continuum of post-acute and senior care services in a more cost-effective manner while collaborating to improve quality and reduce administrative costs. In addition to the service capacity of our member organizations which are typically comprised of a campus offering Independent Living, subsidized and supportive living housing assisted living/personal care, and skilled nursing.

 

CHN owns and operates a variety of ancillary business lines including a Rehabilitation/ Therapy Company, a Hospice organization, a Technology Development Company, a Long Term Care Pharmacy, an Insurance Broker as well as a Management Consulting Organization.
