Vitalyst Grant Awarded: Covenant Health Network and Senior Healthcare Workforce Collaborative

The Senior Healthcare Workforce Development Collaborative's purpose is to work with Federal policy makers that will allow for a foreign worker pilot program in senior health care facilities in Arizona. This collaborative is made up of a number of Healthcare and Human Service Organizations: Arizona Healthcare Association, Arizona Leading Age, Covenant Health Network, Health Services Advisory Group, Lutheran Services of the Southwest and Valley of the Sun United Way.

Recently, CHN and the Collaborative were awarded a $20,000 Vitalyst Health Foundation SPARK grant to support dedicated time required to build and sustain partnerships to achieve the Collaborative's goals.
